Sharpusa.com Return Policy?

For returns, merchandise purchased on shop.sharpusa.com can be returned under certain conditions. A Returns Authorization Process is required where a request to return merchandise must be submitted to the Sharp support team by email. Sharp will respond to the request within 2 business days. If approved, a return authorization and shipping label will be provided. Merchandise is eligible for return and credit if it was purchased from shop.sharpusa.com and delivered within the last thirty days, prepared with all original packaging components, and the return is made in accordance with the Return Policy. Certain merchandise is not eligible for return or credit, including items not purchased from Shop.SharpUSA.com, delivered more than thirty days ago, without a Return Authorization from Sharp, marked as "Final Sale" or "Special Order" at time of purchase, serviced, claimed a rebate for, or registered by another customer.
For shipping, all purchases at shop.sharpusa.com are “authorized and captured” immediately upon checkout. Sharp uses UPS to ship packages and a shipping confirmation email will be sent confirming the carrier service level used for each order. All shipments receive a tracking number from UPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on the products purchased or subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping method chosen. Shipping dates are based on business days; they do not include weekends or holidays. UPS orders placed and processed by 12PM noon CST typically ship the same day. Orders placed and processed after this time will typically ship the following day. Sharp offers shipping within the continental United States and does not ship to addresses containing P.O. boxes.

Is there a warranty for products purchased from Sharp USA?
Yes, Sharp Electronics Corporation does provide a warranty for its products. The warranty states that the product, when shipped in its original container, will be free from defective workmanship and materials. Sharp agrees to replace the defective product or part thereof with a new or equivalent at no charge to the purchaser for a period of three years from the date of purchase. However, it's important to note that some Sharp products are sold by dealers or VARs and no warranty is provided by Sharp, only a dealer warranty accompanies the product. If Sharp issues a warranty for a product, that warranty is in writing and accompanies the product. No dealer, distributor, VAR or retailer is entitled to issue additional warranties on Sharp’s behalf. For more specific information about your product, you may need to contact Sharp directly.
